Responsible for the conference dates and venue, the budget and registration structure, sponsorship and exhibition, keynote invitations and the overall programme. Drawn from all five partner institutions.
Responsible for the thematic tracks, the Call for Papers, abstract and full paper review, session chairs and the proceedings. Invitations are scheduled to run from September to November 2026.
Based at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. Responsible for the venue, catering, the social programme, technical setup and on-site delivery.
Handles registration, delegate enquiries and visa invitation letters. Contact details will be published with the Call for Papers.
