Registration opens in March 2027. Fees, categories and what each fee includes are set by the organising committee and will be published here.

Registration is not yet open and fees are not yet set. The budget and registration fee structure are scheduled for confirmation between September and November 2026. Fees TBC

Windows

When to register

Two registration windows are planned. Early-bird registration carries a reduced fee.

Early-bird registration

March to May 2027 TBC

Reduced rate for delegates who register early. Presenting authors are encouraged to use this window, since at least one author of each accepted paper must be registered.

Standard registration

May to August 2027 TBC

Standard rate, running until the conference. On-site registration availability will be confirmed nearer the time.

What the fee is expected to cover

Access to all keynote addresses, technical sessions and panel discussions, the conference materials, refreshments and lunches on conference days, and the welcome reception.

The gala dinner may be included in some categories or charged separately. This is decided with the fee structure.

International delegates

Visa invitation letters

The conference secretariat issues visa invitation letters to registered delegates who need one to enter the United Kingdom. Letters are issued from March 2027 onwards, once registration is confirmed and the fee has been paid.

Delegates are responsible for checking their own visa requirements and for applying in good time. UK entry requirements are published on GOV.UK.
